After completing your payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with a guideline and access to your Trello board. You can submit as many design requests as you like, but we'll focus on 2 to 4 active designs at a time, depending on your subscription plan. Our team will start working on your active requests right away.

Our usual turnaround time is 1 business day, but it may take longer depending on the complexity of your request. You'll receive an estimated delivery time once your request is submitted.

You're free to request as many revisions as needed until you're happy with the design. Keep in mind that revisions are considered new requests, so they may affect the delivery time of your other designs. You can easily adjust the order of your requests and revisions in your queue.

Once the final design is delivered, you have full ownership of the creative work and can use it however you wish.

Yes, we offer a flexible subscription model. You can pause your account when needed and resume when you have new design needs.

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not happy with the initial design, you can request revisions until it meets your expectations.

To start your free trial, simply click here to book a call, and our team will contact you via email. During the trial, you can make one design request. The trial designs will include a watermark. If you decide to subscribe after the trial, you’ll receive the designs without the watermark, along with the source files. Please note that the following requests are not available during the trial:

• Resizing of trial designs
• Logo designs
• Brand Mascot or Character designs
• 3D designs
• Animated Video

We don't offer refunds. However, we work closely with you to ensure the designs meet your standards through unlimited revisions.
